Philip Carling

Philip is a former Chief Executive of Nottinghamshire and Glamorgan County Cricket Clubs and Swansea Rugby Club.

He was a member of the Test and County Cricket Board from 1978-1990. He served as Chair of the Sports Council for Wales and as a Board Member of UK Sport and the UK Sports Cabinet from 2004 to 2010. He was also Chair of UK Sport's Remuneration and Audit Committees. He is currently Vice Chair of United Kingdom Anti- Doping, the agency recently established by government to protect the integrity of sport in the UK with particular emphasis on the Olympic Games in London 2012.
