We are frequently asked to include internal candidates in our selection processes in order to provide rigorous benchmarking between existing organisational talent and the external candidates that we are sourcing from the marketplace. We manage these relationships sensitively and objectively and our fee structures are designed to protect that objectivity.
Occasionally, we are also asked to provide objective assessments within our clients’ internal appointment processes. We can provide a bespoke set of tests and assessments that add enormous value to those processes, providing insight into all candidates under consideration and, where appropriate, reflections of team dynamics and issues.
