Executive Search (often described as headhunting) is frequently the most effective way of engaging the strongest selection of candidates for a role that requires a person with a clearly specified set of skills, knowledge and experiences.
Equus International starts each search afresh, using our international contact base of sources to enable rigorous research of relevant markets. We then make discrete approaches to qualified prospective candidates in order to assess their suitability and, where appropriate, to foster interest in the role. We then draw up a long list of candidates whom we meet face-to-face to assess their suitability and interest in more detail before putting a shortlist of candidates in front of our client for inclusion in their own internal process. We then work with the client to facilitate that process, managing the feedback loops and offer processes to ensure a successful outcome.
